I have been approached with numerous questions about 21 Day Fix, and that is why I have created this FAQ section so that you are fully informed on this program.
Are the workouts mandatory?
Many people are attracted to 21 Day Fix because of its amazing nutritional program. In fact, many people opt to follow the nutritional program and ignore the workout program. So is this a wise idea? No it isn’t.
Even though the nutritional program delivers a majority of the results, the workouts still account for 20-40% of your final results. You need to exercise on a regular basis in order to burn fat, speed up metabolism, improve your flexibility, increase your strength, and tone your muscles.
And if you are hesitant to take part in the workouts because of your poor fitness levels, then you can use the modifier to reduce the intensity of the workouts. You can slowly build up your courage and fitness level as the program progresses.
What time should I do the workouts?
The beauty of the 21 Day Fix workouts is that they only last 30 minutes long. This means that you can easily schedule the workouts into your daily routine. There is no best time to work out, so go with whatever is convenient for you.
Working out in the morning will give you energy to face the day, and working out in the evening will help you wind down. Regardless of the time you choose to work out, I would encourage you to keep it regular. So if you like to work out in the evening, keep that schedule during the week.
Your body needs to fall into a pattern, so create that pattern.
Do you need to take shakeology?
Shakeology is not mandatory; however, you are encouraged to take it. Shakeology is full of nutrients that your body needs, and by consuming it you give your body a health boost. Additionally, shakeology is delicious and easy to prepare, and it will help boost your energy levels and curb your appetite.
You shouldn’t ignore these benefits.
What are the color-coded containers for?
21 Day Fix uses a system of portion control, where the portion of your food is regulated. For this system to work color-coded containers are needed. Each container corresponds to a different food group; purple for fruits, green for veggies, yellow for carbs, red for protein, blue for healthy fats, and orange for seeds and dressings.
These containers will help you determine how much food from each food group you need to eat every day. The containers are simple to use, and they make your meal planning a lot easier.
Can I do multiple rounds of 21 Day Fix?
Yes; you can do as many rounds of 21 Day Fix as you want. If you do not feel like you’ve gotten all the results that you want the first time, feel free to start the program again.
I hope that I’ve answered all your questions on 21 Day Fix, and if you have any more questions on the program, leave a comment below.
